Pattern Making
We review your measurements, reference garment or design brief and develop the production pattern and sample route required for the style.

Fabric Sourcing
Material planning covers cotton, polyester, cotton blends, French terry and fleece, with specialist processing coordinated through vendors where needed.

Cutting
Approved patterns are translated into production lays and cut components, with fusing and interlining added where the garment specification requires them.

Stitching
Experienced operators assemble knit and woven garments with the machine and seam construction appropriate to each product.

Embroidery
Embroidery, printing, labels and other branding treatments can be incorporated to the buyer's approved artwork and placement.

Dyeing
Washing and required fabric or garment processing are planned to the style brief and handled with specialist vendor support where applicable.

Finishing
Garments move through thread trimming, finishing, label attachment and quality inspection before packing.

Packing
Finished garments are folded, labelled and packed to the buyer's instructions, ready for domestic delivery or export dispatch.
